Keychain Spy Camera Terms and Conditions:

We offer quality spy cameras and security equipment. All of our equipment is tested and is shipped in brand new condition. Please be sure to ask all questions about the operation and capabilities of any piece of equipment before purchase as we consider all sales to be final and do not accept returns.

If you return an item to us we will deduct 25% of the total sale from any refund.
If you refuse an item for any reason we will deduct 25% of the total sale and the cost of return shipping from any refund.

In the unlikely event that a piece of equipment arrives damaged or defective you must contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery. At that time we will take action to pickup and replace the item to you. This may require you to ship the item back at your cost and then receive a refund on that amount when we receive a defective item. If the item is determined to be functioning correctly the item will be returned to you again at your cost. If in fact the item is defective we will at that time send a new replacement item back to you at our cost and refund the shipping monies you spent to return the item to us.

In the unlikely event that we make an exception to this policy it will be on a per case basis and at the discretion of keychainspycamera.com

If you do not agree to our terms and conditions your only recourse is to not use the site.

By completing a sale you agree to our terms and conditions and attest that you are 18 years or older and are the owner of the credit card or paypal account used to make the purchase.
